Long term goals

Hi I am Lori. In August 2010 my 23 year old son ended up in hospital with heart problems. He was put on heart medication (for the rest of his life) and was told to lose weight. To help him out, I volunteered to go on a diet with him and he could come to my house any day and I would always have "diet" food for him. We started the SMD that day. My health long term goals:
~stay active
~keep drinking at least 64 oz water/day
~keep my weight controllable
~Lose about 70-75 pounds

My personal long term goals:
~Teach my son to keep his room and belongings clean
~Fix up the house
~Keep my family motivated to keep growing together

As Colt said...those are some great life goals. I do wish you luck on the teaching your son to keep his room and belongings clean though...My kids are adults and that was something they NEVER learned LOL.
