Hi I am Lori. In August 2010 my 23 year old son ended up in hospital with heart problems. He was put on heart medication (for the rest of his life) and was told to lose weight. Pico de gayo 720144
    Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups seeded, diced tomatoes
    1/4 cup diced onion
    1 tablespoon diced jalapenos & or serano peppers
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    Juice of 1 lime
    2 tablespoons cilantro, plus extra for garnish
    Salt and pepper


Great as a dip, relish, or garnish.
