Hi I am Lori. In August 2010 my 23 year old son ended up in hospital with heart problems. He was put on heart medication (for the rest of his life) and was told to lose weight. To help him out, I volunteered to go on a diet with him and he could come to my house any day and I would always have "diet" food for him. We started the SMD that day.
