He was put on heart medication (for the rest of his life) and was told to lose weight. | Thank you! This is great I hope that people actually stay around for support and for the diet! In yahoo they would post and you never hear from them again! I had to start this diet because I have been trying VERY hard for years to lose the weight, but never could. My doctor suggested this because it's so strict and sadly that's what I need until I learn how to portion control and eat right! And gain control of my chocolate addiction!  | |

| It is a very strict diet for sure! But when you stick to it the pounds just melt away! I hope we can keep people here too. Look down at the bottom, there is a chatbox there, we can chat in real time there.
